Opening Formalities |
Explained
on the concept and the conduct of the module.
One of these shall be that each team will be allocated
with an account of a certain amount of money.
These are for purchases: e.g. of expert advice;
services; etc; as well as to pay for various penalties
such as not arriving on time; etc. However, there
will also be ample
opportunities for teams to earn extra money for
example from rewards and bonuses which will be
informed in the form of written Resource Value
Chart as well as verbally.

work in teams of between 8-12 people each. They
will undergo an experiential exercise, in the
outdoors. The exercise is video-taped. |

team analyses: the processes they employed; their
actions; and behaviours in dealing with the task
and problem during the first teambuilding experiential

Presentations of Findings of the Analyses (including

Each
Team presents the findings of the learning points
from their analyses to be shared by all for following
simple reasons:
a.
Though the exercise-events are the same for
all teams, the emerging happenings (actions,
behaviours, processes) will be different due
to differences in individual members;
b. Though teams perform on their own overall,
all they are still one team thus, the concept
of sharing strengths and weaknesses of all for
the organisation as a whole.

Central Reflection

The
Chief Facilitator follows up on concepts, theories
and principles of management, leadership and teamwork
that are deemed as needing further elaborations/strengthening
of those mentioned by teams during their presentations,
including Talk on the concept and essentials of
team working for an aligned/ standardised interpretation
of it.

FEES
Course
Fees: Fees are RM1350.00 per person. The fees cover
all professional/training fees; accommodation; foods
and drinks; rentals of all outdoor equipment; and transportation
within exercise areas. Fees do not cover transportation
to/from Jeram Besu nor insurance. Minimum number of
participants: 30; maximum 70 |
